Artisanal Consulting is owned and operated by Rebecca Cha and is currently located in Atlanta, GA. The company began in Los Angeles in the mid-2000s as a full-service food and wine consulting business and currently provides catering, cooking and food planning services for families and businesses.
Alongside working as a private chef, Rebecca is a food and wine journalist and has traveled the globe writing about cultures and cuisines. Her work has appeared in Food and Wine, The Wine Enthusiast, The Wine Spectator, Honeymoon, Simply Buckhead and The Atlantan. (Find her most recent work here). She has produced programming for the TV Food Network and has been featured as a food and wine expert on food-related programming for F/X Television, WE (Women’s Entertainment) and others.
Rebecca is a graduate of Columbia University in New York City and holds a BA in Italian and Music Composition. When she is not heating things up in clients’ kitchens, she can be found with friends and family enjoying theater or live music, running 5 or 10k’s, or sitting at the piano trying to channel Vince Guaraldi or Bill Evans.
