  • Artisanal works with each family or client on an individual basis to come up with a perfectly delicious and healthy meal plan for the week or the event or holiday. Meals can be adjusted for just about any dietary restriction – kosher, dairy-free, wheat-free, vegan, etc.
  • In almost all cases, sweeteners like agave, coconut sugar and reduced fruit juice are used instead of white/brown sugar. Menus are comprised of raw, organic and unprocessed or minimally processed foods whenever possible.
  • I use organic, non-toxic clean-up materials, but whenever possible, I also use old school solutions like lemon, baking soda, salt and vinegar. They are my “fab four”—no toxic anything, for life!
